Right of withdrawal and return policy
In the event of orders not processed due to lack of product or cancelled orders, SCANAVIN SRL will refund the customer the full amount already paid for the product through a transfer procedure of the amount charged to the PayPal current account or by Bank Transfer within 14 working days. In the latter case, it will be the customer’s responsibility to promptly provide their bank details. Orders may be cancelled no later than 14 days from the date of execution.
All product purchase orders sent to SCANAVIN SRL must be complete in every part and must contain all the elements necessary for the correct identification of the products ordered.
Each product order transmitted to SCANAVIN SRL constitutes a contractual proposal by the customer and, therefore, shall only be binding for SCANAVIN SRL if confirmed by it for acceptance. Fulfillment of the order by SCANAVIN SRL shall be equivalent to confirmation and acceptance thereof. SCANAVIN SRL reserves the right not to accept incomplete orders, not duly completed.
In the event of non-execution of the order by SCANAVIN SRL (if the same is due to unavailability of products ordered by the customer) will as soon as possible to inform the customer, refunding any sums already paid by the latter in respect of the non-executed supply. In this case, the customer shall not be entitled to any refund or indemnity or compensation of any kind.
Right of return and withdrawal
Under Article 5 of Legislative Decree May 22, 1999 n.185, the customer (if it qualifies as a consumer under Article 1 letter b) has the right to terminate the contract and return the products ordered without penalty and without specifying the reason, within 14 working days of receipt of the products.
The right of withdrawal referred to in the preceding article (art.5 of Legislative Decree 22 May 1999 n.185) must be exercised by the customer, under penalty of forfeiture, by sending a registered letter with return receipt to the address: SCANAVIN SRL based in Via Roma n. 23, 36066 Sandrigo (VI), within 14 working days from receipt of the products, or, by contacting customer service at the email info@giuliaitsme.com specifying order number and then following all the instructions that will be sent for the return of the goods.
All returns (which must be perfectly intact and accompanied by the original packaging) must be authorized by SCANAVIN SRL.
The customer may return the product at his own expense to the following address:

Should the customer wish to exchange the returned item for another, transportation costs will be charged in this case.
No cash-on-delivery packages will be accepted.
Once the products have been received (and their integrity verified) SCANAVIN SRL will provide as soon as possible, within 30 working days of receipt of the goods, to credit the customer with the cost of the returned products (as indicated on the invoice), withholding, where necessary, the amount of shipping costs that will remain definitively borne by the customer.
The right of withdrawal referred to in the preceding article (art.5 of Legislative Decree 22 May 1000 n.185) cannot be exercised by the customer in the event that the products purchased have been used (or damaged) by the customer himself.
The right of withdrawal does not apply to the customer who purchases with VAT number.
Finally, the right of withdrawal is excluded in the following cases:
– Purchase of products made to measure or customized at the request of the customer.
SCANAVIN SRL is not responsible in any way for damage or theft/loss of goods returned by uninsured shipments.
In case of forfeiture of the right of withdrawal, SCANAVIN SRL will return the purchased goods to the sender, charging the same for shipping costs.
