It should be noted that SCANAVIN SRL, before sending the goods sold to the Customer, will store all the documentation necessary to identify the object sent (photographs, certificates and other) and will refund the price only if the returned object is the same as it had previously been sold. If SCANAVIN SRL, comparing the returned good with the archived documentation, does not consider that it is the same object will not proceed to make any refund but will only send the good back to the buyer subject to report the fact to the competent Judicial Authority.
Terms and conditions of sale
The contract concluded between SCANAVIN SRL and the customer shall be considered concluded with the acceptance, even partial, by SCANAVIN SRL.
Acceptance shall be deemed tacit, unless otherwise communicated to the customer.
By placing an order, the customer declares that he/she has read all the information provided to him/her during the purchase procedure and fully accepts the general and payment conditions transcribed below.
The customer makes sure that the data communicated to SCANAVIN SRL for the purpose of registration and eventual purchase are true and correct.
If the customer is a consumer, once the online purchase procedure is concluded, he will print or save an electronic copy and in any case keep these general conditions of sale, in compliance with the provisions of Art.50 et seq. D.lgs206/2005 on distance selling.
It is excluded any right of the customer to damages or compensation, as well as any contractual or extra-contractual liability for direct or indirect damages to persons or property, caused by the non-acceptance, even partial, of an order.
Terms of purchase
Unless otherwise indicated, the prices of products published by SCANAVIN SRL must be understood to include VAT.
Published product prices cancel and replace previous ones and are subject to the actual availability of products.
SCANAVIN SRL reserves the right to confirm or change the prices of products published on its website, at the time of confirmation of the customer’s order.
Any special offers promoted by SCANAVIN SRL are valid while stocks last and, in any case, are subject to the actual availability of the relevant products. The special offers proposed by SCANAVIN SRL cannot be combined with other current initiatives.
It is understood that the images of the product sheets may not be perfectly representative of its characteristics but differ in color, size, accessory products in the picture.
The correct receipt of the order is confirmed by SCANAVIN SRL by means of an email response, invites to an email address provided by the customer.
This confirmation message will contain “date and time of execution” and a “unique code” of the order, to be used in any further communication with SCANAVIN SRL. The message proposes all the data entered by the customer who undertakes to verify its correctness and to promptly communicate any corrections, in the manner described in this document.
In case of non-acceptance of the order SCANAVIN SRL guarantees timely communication to the customer.
SCANAVIN SRL reserves the right to cancel orders considered unreliable without prior notice. In this circumstance, if the customer has made the payment and this is already credited, SCANAVIN SRL will immediately reverse the total amount of the order.
All purchase orders for products sent to SCANAVIN SRL must be complete in all their parts and must contain all the elements necessary for the correct identification of the products ordered.
Credit Card: In cases of purchase of goods with credit card payment methods, the transaction will take place through the secure server Nexy Pay.
At no time during the purchase procedure SCANAVIN SRL is able to know the information relating to the buyer’s credit card, transmitted via a secure and encrypted connection directly to the Nexy Pay, the computer archive of Scanavin srl will store such data. Under no circumstances can Scanavin srl therefore be held responsible for any fraudulent and undue use of credit cards by third parties, when paying for products purchased.
Bank Transfer: In case of payment by bank transfer in advance, the sending of the order takes place only at the time of the actual crediting on the c/c of SCANAVIN SRL, which must take place within 5 working days from the date of acceptance of the order, after which the order is considered automatically canceled.
The reason for the bank transfer must include the identification of the order, which is issued in the order confirmation email.

Deliveries are normally made by courier TNT Traco throughout Italy.
Shipments of each order are always charged to SCANAVIN SRL.
The conditions of sale reported in this document refer to shipments in Italian territory.
For the issuance of the invoice, the information provided by the customer at the time of the order is authentic. No change in the invoice will be possible, after the issue of the same.
Delivery times are calculated from the date of payment: it varies from 7 to 14 working days and start from the moment you receive the payment confirmation.
Any delays in deliveries do not entitle the customer to refuse delivery of the products, nor to demand compensation or compensation of any kind.
The courier does not deliver to the floor. Delivery will be made at the side of the road. In the case of difficult locations at the arrival of the vehicle, please inform SCANAVIN SRL in advance, otherwise the courier will unload in the first place useful and convenient to unload.
At the time of delivery of the goods by the courier, the customer is required to check: that the number of packages delivered corresponds to what is indicated in the transport document, that the packaging is intact, not damaged, wet or otherwise altered, even in the closing materials (adhesive tape or metal strapping).
Any damage to the packaging must be immediately disputed, affixing the written control reservation on the courier’s proof of delivery. Once signed the courier’s document, the customer can not make any dispute about the external characteristics of what was delivered. Any problems concerning the physical integrity, correspondence or completeness of the products received must be reported within 8 days of delivery, in the manner provided for in this document. SCANAVIN SRL has the right to deliver the products (also related to the same order) in several subsequent deliveries: the consequent double shipping costs will always be borne by SCANAVIN SRL.
Special conditions and terms must be agreed in advance between the customer and SCANAVIN SRL and accepted in writing by SCANAVIN SRL.
Warranty and service
For consumers, that is, those who buy for purposes unrelated to their professional or entrepreneurial activity, the Legislative Decree 2 February 2002, n 2 24 – art. 1519-bis et seq. (two years under the conditions of law.).
For other buyers, who usually purchase with VAT, the legal guarantees referred to in articles 1490 and following of the Civil Code (one year under the conditions of law) will be valid.
SCANAVIN SRL guarantees only the material integrity of the products at the time of delivery. Any defects covered by the SCANAVIN SRL warranty must be reported by the customer, under penalty of forfeiture, no later than 8 days from the date of delivery. In case of operation of the SCANAVIN SRL warranty, the customer will be entitled only to the replacement of damaged products upon return of the same, being excluded the customer’s right to compensation for any damage, even further.
The shipping costs in case of replacement of the products for any defects are borne by SCANAVIN SRL. Without prejudice to the hypothesis of wilful misconduct or fault of SCANAVIN SRL it is agreed that, if SCANAVIN SRL is established in any way against the customer – including the case of non – fulfillment, total or partial, of the obligations assumed by SCANAVIN SRL towards the customer as a result of the execution of an order-the responsibility of SCANAVIN SRL can not be higher than the price of the products purchased by the customer and for which the dispute arose.
SCANAVIN SRL, however, does not provide any further warranty on products made by third parties than that provided by individual manufacturers. Technical assistance and warranty interventions on these last products are carried out, where required, by the individual manufacturers, according to the terms and methods indicated in the documentation attached to the products themselves.
